What Was Observed
Eliminate vermin activity from the facility as evidenced by: - Multiple rodent droppings in the following areas: 1. On the floors in the wine closet, on the floors beneath the clean side at the high-temperature dish machine, on the floor across from the sandwich prep station - Dead American cockroach on the light well in the warewash area - Fruit flies in the fresh fruit storage area Work with your pest control service provider. Maintain service reports on site for review.
