CLEAN and SANITIZE the observed organic growth in the ice machine panel. Observed ice scoop directly stored on top of the ice machine. PROVIDE a container to hold the ice scoop on top of the ice machine. CLEAN the observed grease accumulation in the cook line. 114182 - NOTES Non-violation - hot holding maintained at 135 degrees Fahrenheit and above. - cold holding units measured at below 41 degrees Fahrenheit ambient temperature. PHF on the wells of prep coolers measured at 41 degrees Fahrenheit. - sinks have hot water of 120 degrees Fahrenheit and above. - all hand sinks are accessible and have warm water, liquid soap and paper towels. - Sanitizer measured at 200 ppm quaternary ammonia.
