Inspector found a live cockroach in the restroom and food debris buildup under kitchen equipment. The dishwasher was not dispensing proper sanitizer levels and no food safety manager certificate was available on-site.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
Observed a live cockroach on wall inside the restroom located in rear of facility. Clean and sanitize contaminated areas using a 100PPM chlorine sanitizing solution.
