Routine inspection identified minor maintenance issues including cardboard being used as makeshift matting and an open back door creating potential vermin entry points. 1. KEEP back door closed when not in use to prevent vermin entry. Observed the back door is ajar during active food preparation that may allow vermin to enter the facility. 2. PROVIDE shelving to REDUCE the amount of clutter in the kitchen. Observed clutter of cardboard boxes that may provide vermin with harborage site.
