Routine inspection identified minor maintenance issues including cardboard being used as makeshift matting and an open back door creating potential vermin entry points. Clutter from cardboard boxes throughout the kitchen may provide harborage sites for pests. All violations were documented with corrective actions provided.

PROVIDE shelving to REDUCE the amount of clutter in the kitchen. Observed clutter of cardboard boxes that may provide vermin with harborage site.
