Inspector's Report

Multiple violations found including rodent droppings under bar equipment and in basement, inadequate hot water temperature at bathroom hand sinks, missing food safety manager certificate, and improper food storage on floors. Follow-up inspection required by August 20, 2025.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
Observed rodent droppings under the left corner of the bar under equipment, in the back floor sides behind equipment, and in the basement floor around the white reach in freezer chest.

Observed the hand sinks providing water measuring 84F and below for the bathrooms.
