What Was Observed
Remove the accumulated dust in the fan guard of the upright refrigerator. - NOTES Non violation - all sinks have hot water of 120 degrees Fahrenheit and above. - hand sink fully stocked with soap, paper towels and warm water. -sanitation solution have 100 ppm chlorine - hot food for service measured at above 135 degrees Fahrenheit. - did not observed improper cooling. - no vermin activity. Inspection time includes travel.
