What Was Observed
-Observed the two sanitizing buckets in the front service area had 50 ppm quaternary ammonia when 200 ppm is required. Facility had been operating for 3 hours. Corrected on site - Per Inspector's request, the sanitizing solution was prepared to 200 ppm. 114117, 114125(b), 114141
