What Was Observed
Observed rodent droppings on the left wall/ledge across the small walk in cooler for eggs. Observed a few rodent droppings on a tray on the lower level of a speed rack adjacent to the coffee station. Observed rodent droppings on the floor sides behind equipment on the left side of the kitchen (around mixers, upright coolers). Observed a few rodent droppings on the lower shelves of the storage room on the upper level. Remove all the rodent droppings from the facility floors and affected surfaces.

Observed various items stored at the 3 door upright cooler across the bathroom. The 3 door upright cooler across the bathroom ambient temperature measured 45F and above. Per the staff, the items were placed in there today about an hour ago. Staff relocated all the items to working coolers.
