Reinspection following the routine inspection conducted on 11/24/25. On this date, violations noted on the routine inspection report have been corrected:
- All rodent droppings have been removed and affected areas cleaned and sanitized; pest control report dated 11/26/25 provided on site; entry points noted on the report have been sealed durably - All food items have been removed from the restroom; proper food storage observed off the floor and in approved areas - Fan guards have been cleaned in walk in cooler - Crack under the restroom sink has been sealed
