Inspector's Report

Inspector found no detectable chlorine levels in sanitizer bucket which was remade on site. Multiple plumbing leaks discovered under hand wash and 3-compartment sinks requiring repair. Back door screen was torn and needed fixing for vermin proofing.

Dirty cutting boards and utensils cause 76% of cross-contamination. Biofilms protect bacteria from cleaning. One contaminated surface spreads pathogens to dozens of foods.
Observed no detectable levels of chlorine inside the sanitizer bucket. Solution was not made today per PIC. It was discarded and remade and tested via inspector's test strip.

Without sanitizer, wiping cloths become bacteria breeding grounds. One contaminated cloth can spread pathogens to every surface it touches.
1. Repair the leak underneath the hand wash sink found all outside the restroom. 2. Repair the leak underneath the 3-cp sink found at the left most compartment. 3. Repair/adjust the faucet at the 3-cp sink so that it can fill all three compartments, using the sprayer nozzle as a substitute is not allowed.
