1. MAINTAIN working thermometers in all refrigeration units. -Observed broken thermometers throughout the open tofu refrigeration unit on the sales floor. 2. PROVIDE multiple probe thermometers for staff handling seafood and meat to verify temperatures of potentially hazardous foods. -Observed no working probe thermometer was available at time of inspection. One probe thermometer that was provided by staff did not have working batteries at time of inspection.

What Was Observed
1. IMMEDIATELY remove bar soap and maintain liquid soap in dispenser at all times -Observed bar soap is provided in addition to liquid soap in the women's bathroom. Corrected on site - Per Inspector's request, liquid soap was provided. 2. STOCK paper towels in the paper towel dispenser. -Observed no paper towels in the paper towel dispenser at the handwashing sink in the produce food preparation area.
