What Was Observed
Maintain chlorine sanitizer solution at a concentration of 100ppm inside sanitizer buckets for proper cleaning of food contact surfaces and equipment. Observed bucket at front of house meat department at a chlorine concentration of 25ppm.

For foods containing more than two ingredients, all ingredients of food items shall be listed in descending order. Observed various individually wrapped baked goods without appropriate labels and manufacturer's information.
