Why This Matters
Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
Observed dead rodent on adhesive board in narrow space between oven and wall, as well as 3 dead cockroaches. Area cleaned and sanitized during inspection. No other cockroaches or signs of rodent activity observed, however on plug behind ware washing machine possible cockroach droppings were observed.
