Reinspection following routine inspection on 11/18/2025 found all violations corrected. Food safety manager certificate was available, paper towels refilled, prep cooler temperature adjusted to 41F, proper cooling procedures observed, ice machine cleaned, vacuum packaging removed from frozen fish, and wiping cloths properly stored in sanitizer.
