1) Observed various cartons of raw eggs at different shelves levels mingling with ready-to-eat foods in the walk-in cooler. COS- Employee relocated all the eggs at the bottom shelves. *Make sure raw eggs and proteins are ALWAYS on the LOWEST shelves to minimize cross-contamination.*
