Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
Observed old rodent droppings on the floor behind the fridge/freezer located in the outdoor storage rooms. Clean and sanitize all affected areas and move all equipment for a thorough cleaning of both storage rooms.

Observed workers ware washing outdoors with a garden hose and failed to sanitze.
