What Was Observed
1. PROVIDE approved manufacturer's labels on all prepackaged food items for to-go within seven (7) days. -Observed lack of manufactuer's information on prepackaged containers of chicken feet. Operator was asked where food items were from. Per operator, the food items were ordered from a restaurant. Operator was unable to provide the name of restaurant and invoice at the time of inspection. Correct By Date: 10/17/2025
