On this date, observed the following: - Licensed pest control services report dated 8/12/25 provided - Deep clean of facility conducted - No evidence of an active rodent infestation - Vermin-proofing conducted on gaps/holes/openings
All major violations have been abated on this date.
The Health Permit to Operate has been hereby reinstated and the facility is allowed to reopen to the public.
A green “PASS” placard was issued on this date.
