What Was Observed
Observed staff start preparing sanitation bucket at beginning of inspection and facility is actively preparing food. COS - education provided. Sanitation bucket must be prepared at the beginning of the day and all food contact surfaces shall be clean and sanitize before start of food preparation. Observed bag of frozen chili on top of prep sink at room temperature. COS - frozen chili moved to refrigerator.
