Inspectors found rodent droppings in multiple locations including under the bar sink and basement areas, pink mold-like substance in the ice machine, and a slow-draining floor sink causing overflow near ice equipment. Additional violations included fruit fly activity, ants in the kitchen, overflowing dumpsters, and dishwashers dispensing no sanitizer.

Observed the floor sink below the ice machine to be slow draining. The water from the ice machine was observed rushing out of the outlet pipe during a defrost cycle causing splashing/overflow of water. Observed an insufficient air gap between the ice machine outlet and the floor sink.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
Observed rodent droppings in the following locations: Below the 3 compartment sink in bar 1. On the floor below the stairs in the basement. On the floor by the water heater in the basement. Also observed fruit fly activity in the main bar and ants on the wall above the hand sink in the kitchen.

Observed a pink mold-like substance on the interior of the ice machine. No ice was observed contaminated. Clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine.

Measured 0 ppm for chlorine at dishwasher at bar 1 and 2. Dishwashers were not in use at time of inspection. Also observed a missing cold handle to the hand sink located in bar 1.
