Reinspection identified three violations requiring correction. Food handler cards were not available for review on-site. Both restroom handwash sinks failed to meet temperature requirements at 73-74°F. Liquor storage below unshielded sewer lines poses contamination risk.

What Was Observed
Measured warm water at 74F at the men's restroom handwash sink. Measured warm water at 73F at the women's restroom handwash sink. Provide warm water adjustable to between 100F and 108F at all handwash sinks.

What Was Observed
Observed bottles of liquor and boxes of liquor stored unshielded sewer lines in the liquor storage room. Either sheild the sewer lines to prevent potential leaks from contaminating food, or cease storing foods beneath unshielded sewer lines.
