Inspector found old mouse droppings in storage rooms and no sanitizer solution available in prep area. Pest control service was performed earlier that morning. Hot water issue at prep sink also noted.

What Was Observed
Observed old mouse droppings on the floor in the alcohol storage room, as well as in the two auxiliary storage rooms. Pest control service was done earlier this morning by Terminix.
