Inspectors found dead American cockroaches near the mop sink area, along with chicken improperly held at room temperature and raw eggs stored above ready-to-eat foods. The facility also lacked food handler cards, had no sanitizer buckets set up, and exhibited heavy soot accumulation on the hood. Multiple equipment and maintenance issues were noted including malfunctional faucets and broken floor tiles.
