What Was Observed
Observed carnival king popcorn machine. Once this piece of equipment is no longer serviceable please replace with approved ansi accredited (or equivalent) equipment. 114182 - NOTES No vermin, no hand washing or food handling errors, water above 120F, restroom and bar hand wash sinks supplied and accessible, all refrigeration below 41F, facility clean and well maintained. Facilities appears to only offer drinks. IF food is served (olives, popcorn, bar snacks) provide manager's food safety certificate and approved sanitizer. Bar has 3 basin sink, basin size is constraint on largest piece of food service equipment. Please do not make any changes to menu, equipment, layout or operations without SFDPH review and approval.
