Observed mouse droppings on the floor by cardboard boxes and behind the white chest freezer, and a rat dropping on a storage shelf located in the upstairs storage area. Clean and sanitize all affected surfaces and initiate pest control service with a licensed pest control operator. Email reports to the inspector.
