Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
Observed two dead cockroaches in sticky trap underneath hand sink next to dish machine. Did not observe any other evidence of vermin in the facility. Continue with routine pest control services. Email reports to Alyssa.Manzano@sfdph.org

Observed the following: - Foods in reduced oxygen packaging: corn panna cotta, tomato soup, lavash, duxelle - Fermented pineapple Per PIC, these foods are not for customer consumption, nor were they available on the current menu. Ensure all employee food is separated from food/food contact surfaces intended for customers.
