Reinspection conducted to verify compliance with violations from 11/18/2025 routine inspection. Most critical violations including rodent activity (#23) were corrected - spray foam removed and replaced with stainless steel panels, all holes sealed with concrete. No rodent activity observed. Cooked chicken curry found improperly cooled at 46°F was discarded on site. Missing food safety certifications and dirty shelving violations remain outstanding.
