Inspector found cooked pinto beans held at unsafe 46°F and voluntarily condemned them. Staff lacked knowledge of proper cooking temperatures and required training. Multiple food storage violations were corrected including raw meat stored over salsa, unlabeled containers, and personal medicine near food prep areas.

Measured one large tub of cooked pinto beans at 46F inside the walk-in unit. Operator stated that beans were cooked and cooled in a shallow pan a day prior to the inspection. COS- Operator VC&D beans.
