What Was Observed
1) Observed dry rodent droppings on the floor in the corner underneath the food prep sink. *CLEAN, SWEEP, and SANITIZE.* 2) Observed dry rodent droppings on the floor behind the three compartment sink and in the corner underneath the shelving in the ware-washing area. *CLEAN, SWEEP, and SANITIZE. Contact your licensed pest control contractor and provide a copy of the most recent report to Jessica.Jang@sfdph.org that there is no ACTIVE vermin presence in the food facility.*

What Was Observed
1) Observed a bag of frozen shrimp left out in the food prep table for thawing. COS- Employee put the bag of shrimp back into the refrigerator to thaw. *THAW foods either in the refrigerator, or running water in the food prep sink, or in a microwave.*
