Inspector's Report

Food Storage; Food Storage Containers Identified
Why This Matters
Improper storage allows pest access and temperature abuse. Food on floor contacts contaminated water during cleaning. Expired foods cause illness.
What Was Observed
Observed bottles on the floor both in the area behind the counter upstairs and in a few locations downstairs. Store all foods 6" above the floor (exception: a seal container within a container, such as a case of wine, may be stored on a clean, dry floor).
