What Was Observed
Continue working with your licensed pest control operator to eliminate rodent activity. Clean and sanitize all contaminated areas. Continue to monitor for any rodent activity. 1. Observed rodent droppings on floors of beneath warewashing areas that are not frequently cleaned, on floors beneath warewashing sink of upstairs and downstairs bar areas, and on floors beneath warewashing sink of basement storage.

1. Observed trays of whole raw eggs stored above crate storing whole raw potatoes inside basement walk-in refrigerator. Corrected on site - Operator immediately relocated eggs to bottom shelf. 2. Observed tray of frozen raw beef stored directly on top of uncovered tray of ice. Per operator, ice cubes were used for beverages.
