Inspector found handwashing sink access blocked by boxes and no sanitizer bucket set up during inspection. Temperature controls were adequate with refrigeration below 41F and hot holding above 135F.

What Was Observed
No sanitizer bucket set up at time of inspection. PIC has multiple facilities nearby and will provide sanitizer bucket. Please ensure sanitizer bucket is set up at all times, test concentration using test strips, change every 4 hours or as needed if more frequently based on use.
