Reinspection following routine inspection on 10/29/25 revealed corrected vermin activity with pest control servicing on 10/27 and 10/30. Facility had non-functional equipment causing harborage, burnt out light bulbs reducing visibility, improper door sealing allowing pest entry, and unclean floors with food debris under equipment. Permit to operate reinstated after corrections.
