Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
One cockroach observed in basement, eliminated by PIC during inspection. Rodent rub marks observed near ceiling in of closet (where wall is shared under stairs) with glue boards and rodent proofing in place, rat traps observed in basement. One old looking rodent droppings observed on shelf in dining room near bus tub. Cleaned by PIC during inspection. No rodent damaged food, or droppings in food prep areas observed. Please clean and sanitize affected areas, work to eliminate food sources through sanitization especially in area around grease trap in basement. Pleae continue to work with licensed pest control to eliminate vermin from facility, and effective exclude vermin using approved materials. Please keep basement door to central area closed.

Facility had not yet set up sanitizer bucekt, which was set up during inspection. Corrected on site. Please ensure sanitizer bucket is set up prior to start of food service each day and changed every 4 hours or as needed. Train staff on setting up sanitizer bucekt and use of test strips to verify sanitizer concentration. 114117, 114125(b), 114141
