Mouse feces observed on floor of basement level. Pest control service receipt dated 8/26/2025 indicated "no rodent activity was noted during the inspection and/or service". COMPLETE ALL "ACTION NEEDED" ITEMS LISTED ON SERVICE REPORT. IF INSTRUCTIONS ARE UNCLEAR, CONTACT PEST CONTROL SERVICE PROVIDER FOR CLARIFICATION.
