Reinspection found the following violation corrected: --The facility has a current license certificate --Measured salami at 56F, turkey at 53F, honey smoked turkey at 59F, hot dogs at 56F, bologna at 54F, and bacon at 47F inside the deli display cooler. These --Observed mouse droppings in several locations: beneath/behind the tobacco shelf behind the service counter, on a few bottom shelves and the floor in the dry --The deli display cooler held an ambient temperature of 56F and foods inside measured 47F to 59F. --The Danby non-commercial and inoperable microwave still needs to be removed/replaced.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
Observed mouse activity in several locations: observed droppings on the floor to the right of the lotto scratchers vending unit, observed droppings behind/beneath the tobacco shelf behind the service counter, observed droppings on a few bottom shelves and on the floor in various locations of the dry storage room, observed some gnawed paper towels on the floor to the left of the stacked green bins in the dry storage room, observed a dead mouse on a glue trap behind the Coca Cola 2-door cooler, observed mouse droppings on the floor by the garbage cans in the restroom, and observed extensive droppings on the floor in the room adjacent to the restroom. The operator stated they do not have regular pest control for rodents and cockroaches. Clean the mouse droppings, sanitize the affected areas, and obtain pest control service for the facility.
