Observed some damaged and peeling floor surfaces under equipment in the warewashing room. - NOTES Per operator, facility is currently not operating on a daily basis, but it is used as an occasional events venue where drinks are served at the bar area, and no cooking onsite at the non operable kitchen. Instead the kitchen is currently used as a non food storage area.
