Multiple serious violations found including rodent droppings throughout facility, raw beef stored above bread causing cross-contamination risk, and extensive grease buildup. Facility requires immediate pest elimination, deep cleaning, and structural repairs.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
IMMEDIATELY eliminate rodents from the facility and REMOVE rodent droppings. Observed old rodent droppings on the floor near chest freezers, under front counter, in back storage area, near water heater, around electrical panels, in attic, and near back screen door. Observed gaps under and in the back screen door.
