Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
OBTAIN an additional pest control treatment within 72 hours - ensure the pest control operator inspects and treats fo cockroaches behind/around all electrical piping along the wall next to the warewash sink that connect on the ceiling towards the stairs. PROVIDE a copy of the pest control report to inspector by 8/18/25. CONTINUE sealing all cracks/gaps/crevices in this area with caulking or durable repairs.
