Observed baked goods stored on top fo card board boxes next to line of customers, as well as on top of service counter. Food must be protected from contamination at all times, open food cannot be in locations where customers can contaminate it. Please immediately cease and desist storing any open food in sales floor area. Observed milk tea being prepared at service counter using hand wash sink. Cease and desist both of the these practices. Maximum water temperature at time of inspection was 117F. Please adjust to provide water at or above 120F. at three basin sink. Per owner hot water heater was changed earlier this year. Under review.
