Observed rodent droppings on top of a plastic bag of salt. The bag was observed to have signs of gnaw marks. COS - the bag of salt was voluntarily discarded.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
Eliminate cockroach and rodent infestation from the facility. Observed: - Rodent droppings throughout the facility including: adjacent to to-go cups, on open plastic wrap container, on top of bags of sugar, on floor beneath equipment and on storage shelving. - Dead cockroaches in interior of citrus cooler, live cockroaches on the gaskets of two reach-in coolers, and live cockroaches adjacent to the ice machine. Missing handwashing supplies forces employees to skip handwashing. Studies show only 31% of workers wash hands properly when supplies are inadequate. Spreads norovirus to hundreds.
Observed the handwash sink most adjacent to the warewash area in complete disrepair with a sign stating: "Do not use this sink!" Handwash sink shall be operable at the time of the re-inspection.
