What Was Observed
Observed no sanitizer available at the manual ware-washing station. Employee was actively washing dishes without the sanitizer available for the three-step method. COS- Operator educated the employee and inspector also showed how to make sanitizer for manual ware-washing. Observed no sanitizer bucket available at the food prep areas.
